By using fullpdftools at www.fullpdftools.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

fullpdftools provides free online tools for working with PDF, Word and image files. The tools run in your browser; your files are processed on your own device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Your files and your responsibility

• You keep all rights in the files you process. We do not claim any ownership of them.
• You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use, copy, convert or modify the files you process, and that doing so does not break any law or anyone’s rights.
• Keep a copy of your original files. Conversions can change layout, fonts or quality, and we cannot guarantee that a result will be identical to the original.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you must not try to disrupt or overload it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, use automated means to copy the Site at scale, or use the tools to process material that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

4. No warranty

The Site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Document conversion is inherently imperfect; always review the output before relying on it, especially for legal, financial or medical documents.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fullpdftools and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Advertising and third-party content

The Site may display advertising served by third parties such as Google. We do not control that advertising, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party websites that the Site links to.

7. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. The Site uses open-source libraries (pdf-lib, PDF.js, JSZip and Mammoth) under their own licenses. You may not copy or republish our content without permission.

8. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.
