Before you write
- Reporting a problem? Please tell us which tool you used, your browser and device, and roughly how large the file was. Please don’t attach private documents — we never need your files to fix a bug, and a small sample that shows the same problem is much better.
- Lost a file? Because processing happens in your browser, we never receive your files and can’t recover them. Check your browser’s downloads folder.
- Suggesting a tool? Tell us what you are trying to get done; that helps us decide what to build next.
